Snow-fresh. Honey-soft. Cold air in a winter garden.
Wintersweet is a flower most Western perfumery has never touched. It blooms in the dead of Chinese winter, yellow petals pushing through snow, scenting the frozen air with a delicate, apricot-tinged sweetness. Chasense built an entire fragrance around it — and the result is unlike anything else we stock.
It opens cool and crisp, like that first inhale of morning air through an open window in January. White tea and green leaves provide a translucent, watery freshness. Then the wintersweet arrives: floral without being perfumey, honeyed without being gourmand, carried by white tuberose that adds body without weight. The dry-down is clean white wood and musk — the olfactory equivalent of a cashmere blanket pulled close on a cold evening. At 6–8 hours, it’s one of the longer-lasting Flower Tea offerings.
For the romantic minimalist. Someone who loves winter, quiet mornings, and fragrances that feel like a secret. A unique point of difference for any collection — there simply aren’t other wintersweet fragrances on the Australian market.
