The Reminiscence bottles are Betmay’s quieter, more “perfume” side: La Seine (tea and leather), Tipsy Heaven (boozy apple rum), Tangerine Summer (marine mandarin), Qing Dai (mineral jasmine green tea) and Fairy Dream (a transparent white floral). Betmay (北芒) is a young fragrance house from Shanghai named after Polaris, the North Star. Instead of an abstract “floral woody musk”, every scent is built around a specific, lived moment, layered like a photographer stacking exposures until what you smell is a scene rather than a note list. You will know what it is instantly, because you have been there. The house quotes 10 to 12 hours of longevity across both collections, which at this price is not normal, and in our wearing it holds up.
We work directly with Betmay’s founder; every bottle comes sealed from Shanghai to our Sydney stock, and we are the brand’s first and only authorised Australian home.
