One Fine Day: Thai Tea is the bottle people find us for. Elodie Durande took Mith’s original spiced Thai Tea and made it creamier: the iced drink, not the dry leaves. Spiced black tea on top, condensed-milk sweetness underneath, and it lasts a full working day. From $47 for 10 ml.
Nude is Quentin Bisch’s clean skin musk: juicy pear and peach over tonka and moss. If you like Parfums de Marly Valaya, this is the same mood for a third of the money. Our best seller.
Mystery for Him comes from Jean-Christophe Hérault, the perfumer who made Creed Aventus. Lemon and pink pepper, juniper and jasmine, then vanilla and amber. Rated 4.6 on Fragrantica and far easier to wear to the office than Aventus.

Why Mith is worth knowing
Mith (Made In Thailand, and also the Thai word for “friend”) was founded in 2015 and sells mostly through Thai department stores, so almost nobody outside Thailand has smelled it. What makes it unusual is the roster: Quentin Bisch (Nude), Jean-Christophe Hérault (Mystery for Him), Nathalie Lorson (Silver Sparkle, Rose of Female Planet), Frank Voelkl (Green Sandalwood), Calice Becker (Golden Hour, Into the Forest), Marie Salamagne (Mellow Musks), Louise Turner, Olivier Pescheux, Carlos Benaïm and Maurice Roucel have all composed for the house. These are the names on Le Labo, Frederic Malle and Tom Ford bottles, working with Thai ingredients and Thai memories, at prices that would be the sample tier elsewhere.

Most scents come in a 15 ml ($62) and a 60 ml ($163) bottle; the One Fine Day collection in 10 ml ($47) and 50 ml ($152). We also pour 2, 5 and 10 ml decants from our own bottles for 20 of the range, so you can wear a scent for a week before buying a bottle. Everything ships from Sydney with Australia Post tracking: $8 Standard, $11 Express.

Is Mith Bangkok a genuine niche house?
Yes. Mith is an independent Thai perfume house founded in 2015 with a flagship in Chiang Mai and counters in Bangkok’s department stores. Its fragrances are composed by the same Givaudan and Firmenich perfumers who work for Le Labo, Frederic Malle, Creed and Tom Ford.
What does One Fine Day Thai Tea smell like?
Iced Thai tea: spiced black tea and a touch of star anise on top, then condensed-milk creaminess and a soft musky base. It is sweet but not syrupy, lasts a full working day for most wearers, and is the most asked-about bottle we stock.
How does Mith Nude compare with Parfums de Marly Valaya?
Both are clean, fruity skin musks. Nude opens with pear and peach and dries down to tonka and moss; it sits a little closer to the skin than Valaya and costs about a third as much for 60 ml.
How long do Mith fragrances last?
Most wearers get a full working day from the eaux de parfum. The musks (Nude, Cozy Musk, Mellow Musks) wear closer; the sparkling citrus scents project more in the first two hours.
Can I try before I buy a full bottle?
Yes. We decant 2, 5 and 10 ml from our own bottles for most of the range, poured into glass atomisers in Sydney. Start with a 2 ml of two or three scents, then buy the bottle you keep reaching for.
Are these bottles authentic, and where do they ship from?
Every Mith bottle is bought directly in Thailand by us, sealed, and shipped from our stock in Sydney within two business days. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with Mith Bangkok.
