The Scent
It opens bright and juicy with neroli and mandarin, like citrus warming in the sun. Then jasmine sambac comes through, soft and airy rather than heady, with frangipani adding a creamy, tropical softness. As it settles, beeswax and a touch of vanilla give it a gentle, honeyed glow that sits close to your skin.
The Collection
Part of Van Cleef & Arpels’ Collection Extraordinaire, the house’s fragrances inspired by its high jewellery. California Rêverie takes its name from a 2009 jewellery collection that celebrated California’s landscapes. Antoine Maisondieu composed this eau de parfum in 2014.

Who It’s For
You’ll love it if you adore jasmine but find big white florals too much. It’s clean, polished and easy to wear, perfect for warm days, the office, weekends away and holidays. It’s best in spring and summer.
Performance
This is a delicate skin scent. It stays close to you and lasts around two to four hours on skin, and longer on clothing. Spray your clothes or reapply during the day for more presence.
