Line 618 opens unlike any Amouage before it — a surprising fusion of smoky frankincense, bright fruits (pineapple, peach, plum), and a lactonic accord that reads as earthy coconut water rather than gourmand sweetness. The heart introduces pine, heliotrope, and creamy coconut milk — aromatic, softly floral, and unexpectedly milky.
The base reveals the fragrance’s true character: sandalwood, guaiac wood, patchouli, and leather. The leather becomes dominant in the later hours, anchoring the incense theme in something dark and primal. This is not a beach fragrance — it’s a journey from bright horizon to deep, smoky earth.
